Ferma restando l’osservanza dei divieti previsti dalla vigente normativa statale e regionale in materia di tutela dei beni culturali ed ambientali e d\el paesaggio, di tutela del suolo, delle acque e dell’aria dagli inquinamenti, di forestazione e polizia forestale e di esercizio venatorio e fermi restando, altresì, i divieti di cui all’art. 17 della legge regionale 6 maggio 1981, n. 98 e successive modifiche ed integrazioni, è vietato:

1. Realizzare nuove costruzioni ed esercitare qualsiasi attività comportante trasformazione urbanistica ed edilizia del territorio, ivi comprese: l’apertura di nuove strade o piste, nonché le modifiche planoaltimetriche tipologiche e formali di quelle esistenti, la costruzione di elettrodotti, acquedotti, linee telefoniche e di impianti tecnologici a rete. La realizzazione di elettrodotti, acquedotti, linee telefoniche e di impianti tecnologici a rete sotto traccia su strade preesistenti, può essere autorizzata dall’Assessorato regionale del territorio e dell’ambiente, sentito il parere del Consiglio regionale per la protezione del patrimonio naturale (C.R.P.P.N.) con l’obbligo della rimessa in pristino. La realizzazione di nuovi sentieri, unicamente finalizzati alla fruizione, può essere prevista nel piano di sistemazione;
2. La demolizione e ricostruzione degli immobili esistenti, fatta eccezione per i casi di comprovata precarietà, mantenendo la stessa cubatura e destinazione d’uso e nel rispetto degli elementi tipologici e formali tradizionali, previo nulla osta dell’Assessorato del territorio e dell’ambiente, sentito il parere del C.R.P.P.N.;
3. La collocazione di strutture prefabbricate anche mobili e di roulottes. E’ ammessa deroga unicamente a favore dell’ente gestore per le finalità di gestione, qualora non vi siano manufatti esistenti da destinare a tale funzione, previo nulla osta dell’Assessorato regionale del territorio e dell’ambiente, sentito il parere del C.R.P.P.N.;
4. Danneggiare od occludere inghiottitoi e cavità naturali ed interrompere, anche solo parzialmente, eventuali emissioni fluide e/o gassose;
5. Aprire cave e miniere ed esercitare attività estrattive, nonché asportare materiale e scavare pozzi, realizzare opere di presa e distribuzione di acqua, cisterne, salvo che queste ultime non siano ad esclusivo servizio di abitazioni esistenti in zona A, previo nulla osta dell’ente gestore;
6. Esercitare qualsiasi attività industriale;
7. Realizzare discariche e qualsiasi altro impianto di smaltimento di rifiuti nonché scaricare terra o qualsiasi altro materiale solido o liquido;
8. Eseguire movimenti di terreno, salvo che per motivi connessi ad attività consentite dal presente regolamento. La realizzazione di scavi ed opere sotterranee è sottoposta a parere dell’ente gestore per verificare l’integrità degli ambienti sottostanti;
9. Asportare o danneggiare rocce, minerali, fossili e reperti di qualsiasi natura, anche se si presentano in frammenti sciolti superficiali, salvo per motivi di ricerca scientifica a favore di soggetti espressamente autorizzati con apposito disciplinare dell’ente gestore;
10. Introdurre armi da caccia, esplosivi e qualsiasi altro mezzo di cattura o di danneggiamento degli animali;
11. Esercitare la caccia e l’uccellaggione e apportare qualsiasi forma di disturbo alla fauna selvatica; molestare o catturare animali vertebrati o invertebrati; raccogliere, disturbare o distruggere nidi, uova, tane e giacigli, salvo che per motivi connessi ad attività consentite dal presente regolamento, previa autorizzazione dell’ente gestore;
12. Distruggere, danneggiare o asportare vegetali di ogni specie e tipo, o parti di essi, fatti salvi gli interventi connessi con lo svolgimento delle attività consentite dal presente regolamento, previa autorizzazione dell’ente gestore. La raccolta di frutti di bosco e vegetali commestibili potrà essere regolamentata dall’ente gestore in ordine ai tempi, quantità e specie;
13. Alterare l’equilibrio delle comunità biologiche naturali, con l’introduzione di specie estranee alla flora ed alla fauna autoctone. L’eventuale reintroduzione di specie scomparse dovrà essere autorizzata dall’Assessorato regionale del territorio e dell’ambiente, previo parere del C.R.P.P.N.;
14. Impiantare serre;
15. Introdurre e impiegare qualsiasi mezzo di distruzione o di alterazione dei cicli biogeochimici;
16. Abbandonare rifiuti al di fuori degli appositi contenitori;
17. Allontanarsi da percorsi appositamente predisposti;
18. Praticare il campeggio o il bivacco;
19. Accendere fuochi all’aperto fatto quanto necessario per lo svolgimento delle attività agro-silvo-pastorali, previa comunicazione all’ente gestore;
20. Svolgere attività pubblicitaria, organizzare manifestazioni folcloristiche e sportive non autorizzate dall’ente gestore;
21. Sorvolare con velivoli non autorizzati, salvo quanto definito dalle leggi sulla disciplina del volo e per motivi di soccorso e vigilanza;
22. Esercitare attività sportive che compromettano l’integrità ambientale e la tranquillità dei luoghi, quali automobilismo, trial, motociclismo, motocross, deltaplanismo, etc.;
23. Usare apparecchi fonoriproduttori, se non in cuffia, salvo che nei casi di ricerca scientifica, servizio, vigilanza e soccorso;
24. Trasportare armi di qualsiasi tipo, se non scariche e chiuse in apposita custodia. E’ fatta eccezione solo per motivi di difesa personale e con la prescritta specifica autorizzazione dell’autorità di P.S.;
25. Attuare interventi che modifichino il regime, il corso o la composizione delle acque, fatte salve le esigenze di attività agricole previamente autorizzate dall’ente gestore, nonché di difesa antincendio.

Without prejudice to compliance with the prohibitions provided for in current state and regional regulations on the protection of cultural and environmental heritage and the landscape, protection of soil, water and air from pollution, forestry and forest police, and hunting exercise, and without prejudice, also, to the prohibitions set forth in Art. 17 of the regional law of May 6, 1981, no. 98 as amended and supplemented, is prohibited:

1. To construct new buildings and carry out any activity involving urban planning and building transformation of the territory, including: the opening of new roads or tracks, as well as planoaltimetric typological and formal modifications of existing ones, the construction of power lines, aqueducts, telephone lines and technological network installations. The construction of power lines, aqueducts, telephone lines, and under-track technological network facilities on pre-existing roads may be authorized by the Regional Department of Land and Environment, after hearing the opinion of the Regional Council for the Protection of Natural Heritage (C.R.P.P.N.) with the obligation of rehabilitation. The construction of new trails, solely for the purpose of utilization, may be provided for in the arrangement plan;
2. The demolition and reconstruction of existing buildings, except in cases of proven precariousness, while maintaining the same cubage and intended use and respecting traditional typological and formal elements, subject to the prior approval of the Department of Land and Environment, after hearing the opinion of the C.R.P.N;
3. The placement of prefabricated structures including mobile and caravans. A waiver is allowed only in favor of the managing entity for management purposes, if there are no existing artifacts to be used for this function, subject to the prior approval of the Regional Department of Land and Environment, after hearing the opinion of the C.R.P.N;
4. Damage or occlude sinkholes and natural cavities and interrupt, even partially, any fluid and/or gaseous emissions;
5. To open quarries and mines and engage in mining activities, as well as to remove material and dig wells, construct water intake and distribution works, and cisterns, unless the latter are for the exclusive service of existing dwellings in Zone A, subject to the prior approval of the managing body;
6. Carry out any industrial activity;
7. Making landfills and any other waste disposal facilities as well as dumping soil or any other solid or liquid material;
8. Carry out earthmoving, except for reasons related to activities permitted by these regulations. The construction of excavations and underground works is subject to the opinion of the managing agency to verify the integrity of the environments below;
9. Remove or damage rocks, minerals, fossils, and artifacts of any kind, even if they occur in loose superficial fragments, except for scientific research purposes for the benefit of parties expressly authorized by special regulations of the managing agency;
10. Introduce hunting weapons, explosives and any other means of capturing or damaging animals;
11. Engaging in hunting and trapping and making any form of disturbance to wildlife; harassing or capturing vertebrate or invertebrate animals; collecting, disturbing or destroying nests, eggs, burrows and bedding, except for reasons related to activities permitted by these regulations, subject to the permission of the managing agency;
12. Destroying, damaging or removing plants of all species and types, or parts thereof, except in connection with the performance of the activities permitted by these regulations, subject to the authorization of the managing body. Harvesting of berries and edible vegetables may be regulated by the managing agency as to timing, quantity and species;
13. Altering the balance of natural biological communities by introducing species alien to native flora and fauna. Any reintroduction of species that have disappeared must be authorized by the Regional Department of Land and Environment, subject to the opinion of the C.R.P.P.N;
14. Planting greenhouses;
15. Introduce and employ any means of destruction or alteration of biogeochemical cycles;
16. Abandoning garbage outside the designated containers;
17. Moving away from specially prepared routes ;
18. Practice camping or bivouacking;
19. Lighting open fires made as necessary for the performance of agro-sylvo-pastoral activities, subject to prior notification of the managing body;
20. Carrying out advertising activities, organizing folklore and sports events not authorized by the managing body;
21. Overflying by unauthorized aircraft, except as defined by the laws on flight discipline and for rescue and surveillance purposes;
22. Engaging in sports activities that compromise the environmental integrity and tranquility of places, such as motoring, trial, motorcycling, motocross, hang gliding, etc;
23. Use sound-producing devices, except with headphones, except in cases of scientific research, service, surveillance and rescue;
24. Carry weapons of any kind unless unloaded and locked in proper case. An exception is made only for reasons of self-defense and with the prescribed specific permission of the P.S. authority;
25. Implement actions that change the regime, course or composition of water, subject to the needs of agricultural activities previously authorized by the managing body, as well as fire defense.
